Simply present your Member card or use the mobile app's virtual Member card - if your plan covers your treatment and meets the requirements, you will only need to pay any remaining contribution, and Southern Cross will cover the rest of the cost. You don't have to worry about filling out claim forms or waiting for a refund.

ACC

ACC will cover dental injuries caused by an accident, a sporting injury, or as a result of medical or dental treatment.

ACC will pay part of the treatment cost, and you may need prior approval for more complicated treatment procedures.
