Crowding and Spacing

Crowding occurs when there is insufficient space in your mouth for all your teeth, leading to them overlapping or twisting. On the other hand, spacing occurs when there are gaps between teeth due to missing or small teeth, gum issues, or other factors. Both conditions can be caused by genetics, late tooth loss, improper jaw development, or habits like thumb-sucking.

Orthodontic treatments like Invisalign or SureSmile clear aligners are typically recommended to achieve a harmonious smile. You may need to do composite bonding or veneers after the Invisalign treatment to enhance the shapes of your teeth further. You may be able to have re·me® for minor crowding and spacing.
